Proscuitto wrapped Beef Tenderloin Kabobs: Tender cubes of tenderloin wrapped with aged proscuitto and skewered with peppers and onions.17.95

Boxed Sandwiches:  Choice of breads - rye, wheat, sourdough, or white; lettuce, tomato, cheese, and choice of turkey, ham, or roast beef; fruit or coleslaw; homemade cookie. 10.00 / person

"It's a Picnic" Buffet Line:  Pan fried chicken, potato salad, corn on the cob and watermelon. 10.00 / person

Back Home Meal:  Hot roast beef, mashed potatoes and gravy, tossed saled, steamed vegetable, and homemade dinner rolls. 11.00 / person
